About us

Northern Lights is a New York State Certified Home Health Agency that was established in 2013, providing part-time, intermittent health care and support services to St. Lawrence County residents who need intermediate, transitional, and skilled health care. Northern Lights can also provide home health aide services, can help patients determine the level of services they need, and can either provide or arrange for other services including physical, occupational, nutritional, and speech therapy, medical supplies and equipment, and social work.
